Reader mail, and everything else
contact@margaretmackenzie.com
Questions about the books, release dates, review copies, or anything you want to say about a story. I read everything, though I am slower to reply than I would like.
Privacy and data protection

For anything about the personal data we hold: a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or a question about the Privacy and Cookie Policy. These go to the publisher rather than to me, and we answer within one month.
Newsletter
If you want to leave the mailing list, the quickest way is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. It takes effect immediately and needs no explanation. If the link does not work for you, write to either address above and we will remove you by hand.

What we cannot help with
Orders placed through Amazon or any other retailer are handled by that retailer, not by us. If a purchase has gone wrong, a refund is due, or a file will not download, their customer service can sort it out and we cannot.
